Broken P Arena is an arena that will be ready for rental Spring - Summer 2016. We have a 140X250 ft arena that is fenced with continuous fencing, 16 ft gates on both ends, as well as walk through gates on both sides. We are in the process of getting our arena lights put up, we have had the electric ran to the arena, we just have to set the poles. A hay field surrounds the arena allowing for tons of parking, and space to put back pens outside of the arena. As of right now we do not have bleachers, or any kind of seating, but that is custom to change. We also have a full kitchen available (stove, oven, microwave, and fridge) with an arena for seating inside as well as outside. As of now we are not offering any stalls to rent nor hook-ups. If we have several arena rentals and host bigger events that will be a consideration for the future. As we are just starting, we would like to offer our first rentals a "name your own price" deal. We will not be low-balled, but we are willing to work with customers and clients.
