Boon stands 15 hands and is built solid with clean legs with the breeding to back him. He has a goofy silly personality: easy to catch and loves a good brushing. Boon neck reins, side passes, backs easily, trots extended and slow, and canters picking up both leads. Gives a nice stop when you just sit down and take your legs off of him. Boon was started very lightly as a 3 year old then sent to training with me for a formal start under saddle last December 2022. Boon enjoys working/tracking the flag and has been lightly exposed to cattle & trails. Boon is desensitized to tarps, bags and the list goes on and on. He has been hauled/stalled at three FQHR shows this year. Ridden in the different arenas getting exposed to the environment. Boon is an easy keeper and requires no maintenance. He has the correct foundation under him and is ready to find his forever home. Due to his athletic ability he is not for a beginner rider; he’s for that person looking for a athlete. He’s extremely quick and a reactive gelding that needs the proper attention to achieve his full potential. Boon will make someone an amazing horse with whatever direction you decide to take him. Boons siblings are successful rodeo horses. He was born on Clay Ranch in Canada.
