Recently replaced vinyl click lock flooring, removed water heater, heater to replace flooring, did not re-install due to contemplating instant hot instead of 6 gal water heater. Price has been discounted for buyers option to purchase and install. Has new battery for bump outs. Camper has not been used in 4 years due to family issues/Covid. TV was new the last season before parking trailer Awning was replaced around the same time. Everything was working when we parked the trailer but have not had it camping since.
