Welcome to the Scott County Indoor Arena and Activities Center in Scott County, Kansas — the heartland of the country! The arena was built entirely through volunteer labor and made possible through donations. The arena is located at the Scott County Fairgrounds on the northeast side of Scott City. The arena is a 169' x 220’ building that houses the following: meeting room, kitchen, men’s and women’s restrooms with showers; heated and cooled large crow’s nest on west end of the arena; small crow’s nest on east end of arena; laser lights for barrels; computerized scoreboard on crow’s nest with electronic timer on site; radiant heaters over bleacher area and two large A fans over arena floor; enclosed addition on north side of building provides cover for livestock and competitors during inclement weather and provides year round covered roping facilities; stall barn directly north of arena with 43 stalls (30' x 192’) with covered 12’ lean-to; four large covered pens on north side of arena; additional stalls, pens and RV hookups available on site at the fairgrounds. The arena is used year round
